Nope. As long as we can access the junk and you've agreed to the estimate, we can handle it while you're at work or out. We'll send you a confirmation when it's done.
What items can't you take?
We don't take hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos. Everything else is almost always fair game. Call and ask if you're unsure.
How fast can you come?
We offer same-day service Mon–Sat, 6am–6pm. If you call before noon, there's a good chance we're there the same day. Earliest available is usually within hours.
Do you recycle or donate any of it?
Yes. We sort everything. Items in good condition go to local donation centers. Metal and electronics get recycled. We don't just dump everything in a landfill.
What if the estimate is higher than I expected?
You're never locked in. If the on-site price doesn't work for you, you say no and we leave — no hard feelings, no charge. That's the deal.
